The Wi-Fi Toolbar is a companion plug-in to Internet Explorer (or Mozilla / Firefox where available), it is built free from Spyware or AdWare that is usually installed without your knowledge or awareness. SpyWare and Ad-Ware is included in many toolbars distributed by scrupulous sites, it will either hijack your private information or other sites information, and in some cases even affiliate commissions and IDs.
