Review This is a free little WINDOWS Utility that I started working on back in 2002. It tries to predict the weather, 24 hours ahead using such things as sky condition, clouds, humidity, animal signs, and more. It was first made back in 2002 with QBasic, and used the keyboard for user input. I now updated this version (V2.0) in the spring of 2010, to use all mouse input via a GUI interface, and I also updated the data algorithms to provide more accurate weather prediction. |
