The application comes with 330 recipes, over 6000 ingredients with detailed nutritional information, and hundreds of cooking glossary items and illustrated cooking techniques. Search the Internet for cooking web sites and recipes without leaving the application. Save and annotate links to your favorite cooking web sites and quickly import recipes from the Internet using our unique recipe capture feature. Share your favorite recipes with friends using our easy-to-use export and e-mail features. Living Cookbook's powerful database engine can perform complex searches to locate the exact recipe you are looking for. For example, you could search for all barbecue main dishes that contain beef or pork but don't contain mushrooms or asparagus. Or you could search for all vegetarian recipes that are low in fat and calories, but high in calcium and vitamin C. You can even save and organize your searches for later use.
