Review Folder-Snap creates searchable catalogs of file-systems and media collections. Each snapshot is a small file containing folder and file information without storing the actual data content. It is perfect for searching offline data backups, and emailing listings of media collections. The contents can be reorganized and categorized by media properties (duration, bitrate, etc.), or by user-defined properties. Folder-Snap is ideal as a media manager, with its extensive search functionality, and facilities to launch, view, and audition files. Its appearance is the same as Windows Explorer, and can therefore be browsed and searched in a familiar way. As a system tool, Folder-Snap can be used to inspect the state of customers' file systems for support, and identify differences in folders, both past and present. |
