You can change the background image, the fonts, the colours, the size of the main screen, create shortcuts to options, create workspaces for each user that match the tasks that they perform on a daily/monthly yearly basis and eliminate the menu system altogether. Create personalized workspaces by grouping options by tasks using the Pages feature. A Page is effectively a second Desktop where you can drag and drop more Shortcuts. There is no limit to the number of Pages that can be created. Executive Accounting software is a single-user system that can be upgraded to an unlimited number of users.
