You can change the background image, the fonts, the colours, the size of the main screen, create shortcuts to options, create workspaces for each user that match the tasks that they perform on a daily/monthly yearly basis and eliminate the menu system altogether.

Create personalized workspaces that group options by tasks such as: End of month procedures, Paying bills, etc, using the Pages feature. A Page is effectively a second Desktop where you can drag and drop more Shortcuts.

There is no limit to the number of Pages that can be created. Pages are unique to each user and to the company that was active when the Pages were created. Creating Pages is a unique way to simplify the training of new employees, create a more efficient working environment for exiting employees, and generally make the software faster and easier to use.

Powerpak is a 2-user system that can be upgraded to an unlimited number of users.
