This was my second "Complete Certification Kit" by The Art of Service.

Like the first book (ITIL v3) this one contained some basic editorial mistakes but the content was well structured and easy to read.All in all a great study guide however it does not replace the need to obtain and study the official ISO/IEC 20000-1 and 20000-2 material.The eLearning Program, although not as closely aligned to the book as the previous one (ITIL v3), once again provided an excellent way to quickly and thoroughly review the content just before the exam.

With the ISO/IEC 20000 exam passed, I have now set my sights on another book in the series, Cloud Computing Foundation Complete Certification Kit.(Posted on 8/17/11)
