You can calculate the monthly loan repayment after adding points and if you wish, incorporating a final balloon payment and/or repayment acceleration.

The Repayment panel works out how quickly (months) a loan will be repaid when accelerated.US, Canadian, interest only options.



Payment section.

You can either record a loan repayment or store records of your own repayment and calculate the interest charge and new balance.This section allows you to change any parameter of your loan repayment and work though the new amortization schedule.

If you are a lender you can use this panel to email the read only URL confirmation of receipt to your client.The email automatically contains the new balance update.



Refinancing section.

You can bring your current loan and a refinancing loan alongside each other, add in the cost and expenses of redemption and the new loan and work out how long it will take to repay expenses from monthly savings.



Overdue accounts section.You can enter an account payable, months/days overdue and calculate the new balance owing and interest charge.Very useful for emailing late payers

(daily?) reminding them that their outstanding balance is growing larger by the day (or month) because of compounding interest.

360 days/365 days per annum interest calculations.



Check rates section.If you doubt the accuracy of the repayment amount on a loan, use this panel to check the real interest rate charged.Quick and simple checking can save you thousands of dollars.



Find rates section.

Quick conversion of AER to Nominal, Nominal to effective, semiannual to effective and semi annual to nominal.Converts Effective and nominal annual rates to daily

rates using 360/365 days per annum.



Blended rates section.Quick calculation of the blended interest rate of up to six separate loans.



All calculation can be saved online.

You can email URL links to saved read only calculator sections to anyone.

Your recipients can read your calculator sections and use the Schedules for free.



This basic version allows you 500kb of disk space to save your calculations (each saved datasets uses 5KB of disk space).
