Amortization schedule has support for: extra and skipped payments or deposits; Adjustable rates; Rule-of-78's; Canadian type loans; APR disclosure statements; evaluation of loan acceleration scenarios. Payment & compounding periods may be independently set. 10 payment periods: daily, weekly, biweekly, twice monthly, every 4 weeks, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semiannually & annually. Additionally, there is support for simple interest and continuous compounding. Exact day payment and interest calculations also supported. This program can maintain an irregular cash flow. That is, users can insert extra payments made on any date. Payments can be skipped and the amount can be adjusted. Interest rates can be adjusted on any date as well. |
