Customers are your contacts b. Support events are events c. Your staffs are service providers whom you can assign tasks and followup 02. I run AMC business - so I need to maintain contacts as well as equipment.. a. Create Customer-database and Equipment-database and have links 03. I run an education Institute - Can I use ACE ? a. Yes, Students are your contacts b. You can track prospective students till they get admitted to exams, results.. c. You can have a teacher database d. You can have class and auditorium database to schedule them 04. I am a doctor - Can I use ACE ? a. Yes, Patients are your contacts b. Testing labs may be a different database c. Right click and change any field on contact screen suitable to keep patient details 05. I give equipment ( washing Machines, Computers ) on rent - can I use ACE to bill monthly? a. Yes. You have to separate database for customers, for equipment, for service providers b. Create links (assign) between service providers and customers c. Create Links between Equipment and customers so that you know which equipment is with whom. d. Create monthly priced Service as Inventory items and raise invoice every month - send by email e. Create spare parts inventory and raise NIL priced Inventory if you replace spares at customer's place to keep your equipment in working condition. f.
